Where do you ship?
We currently ship to South Africa.
To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.
How long does delivery take?
Shipping times: Standard shipping times:
Western Cape: 0–3 Business Days.
Rest of South Africa: 2–5 Business Days
Can I collect my order?
Yes. You or your chosen courier can collect from our premises (or another location we agree in writing).
When must I collect by?
Please arrange collection within 10 business days of purchase, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Who pays for shipping and related costs?
You cover all collection and transport costs, including shipping fees, insurance, taxes, and duties, unless we agree otherwise in writing or a free shipping promotion is being used.
When does risk transfer to me?
We arrange delivery: Risk passes to you once the order has been fulfilled and the product is in your possession.
You arrange collection: Risk passes to you once the order is collected from our premises by you or your courier. From that point, we are not responsible for loss, delay, damage, theft, or destruction.
Do you handle delivery on my behalf?
Yes, unless you request to have your own courier handle transport.
What if my parcel is delayed or arrives damaged?
We arrange delivery: Please contact support and we shall arrange a replacement or refund once the claim has been verified
You arrange collection: After collection, please work directly with your courier or insurer. We are not liable for delays or damage once the goods have been collected.

This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
